We must still exercise extreme caution in our approach to dealing with COVID-19. All visitors are expected to wear PPE provided by West Hill Care Home for the full duration of the visit, and should follow the instruction and guidance of the reception staff at the start of the visit.

Please be aware that bookings may also not be available, or may be cancelled, if there is a local outbreak or we are advised to do so.
